Accessibility Statement

Effective and last updated: September 12, 2026

Nest Notary is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

We are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of nestnotary.com and the digital services offered through it.

Our Accessibility Goal

Nest Notary is working toward substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA.

These guidelines explain how digital content can be made more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

This statement does not represent that every page, feature, document, or third-party component has been formally certified as fully conformant.

Measures We Take

Nest Notary’s accessibility efforts may include:

  • Using clear and consistent page organization

  • Providing descriptive link and button text

  • Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably possible

  • Maintaining readable text and color contrast

  • Adding alternative text to meaningful images

  • Using labels and instructions for forms

  • Reviewing content for clarity and readability

  • Avoiding unnecessary flashing or disruptive motion

  • Supporting browser zoom and responsive layouts

  • Reviewing new content and features for accessibility

  • Correcting reported barriers when reasonably possible

  •

Third-Party Services

The Site is created and hosted using Wix and may include third-party booking, payment, remote-notarization, identity-verification, document-upload, social-media, mapping, communication, or other components.

Some third-party tools are controlled by their providers. Nest Notary may not be able to modify every aspect of their accessibility.

We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible services and will seek reasonable alternatives or assistance when a reported third-party barrier interferes with a client’s ability to request service.

Documents and Uploaded Content

Some PDFs, scans, legal forms, governmental documents, and client-provided files may not have been created by Nest Notary and may not be fully accessible.

Upon request, we will make a reasonable effort to provide information in an alternative format or help identify another way to access the information, subject to legal, security, privacy, notarial, and document-integrity requirements.

We cannot alter the substantive contents of a legal or official document without proper authorization.

Compatibility

The Site is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies.

Accessibility may be affected when a visitor uses:

  • An outdated browser

  • An unsupported operating system

  • Disabled browser features

  • A third-party extension

  • A device or assistive technology that is incompatible with a Site component

Visitors are encouraged to use current software and enable the settings needed for forms, bookings, payments, and secure service functions.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Nest Notary website.

If you encounter a barrier or need assistance accessing information, completing a form, or requesting a service, contact us and describe:

  • The page or feature involved

  • The difficulty you experienced

  • The format or type of assistance requested

  • A preferred method of contact

Accommodation Requests

Nest Notary will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative method of communication or service when a website feature is inaccessible.

The availability of a particular accommodation may depend on:

  • The requested service

  • Legal and notarial requirements

  • Identity-verification requirements

  • Document security

  • Third-party platform limitations

  • The individual circumstances of the request

Requesting an accommodation will not result in an additional fee solely because the accommodation was requested.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Nest Notary may update the Site, this statement, or its accessibility practices as services, technology, standards, and legal requirements change.
