Apostille Services
An apostille verifies the authenticity of a public official’s signature so a document can be used in another country. We process eligible Texas documents and submit them for apostille certification.
Each processing price includes your first document with your service.

Remote Online Notarization
A notarization is the notary’s official verification that a signer personally appeared, confirmed their identity, and signed or acknowledged a document. The notary records this verification in a section called a notary certificate.
The $35 base price includes one notary certificate for one signer with your service. A separate certificate costs an additional $35, even when it is for the same document or completed during the same online appointment.
If two or more signatures appear in the same notary certificate, each additional signature costs $1.

Notary & Signing Appointments
A completed-document scan is included with your service. Additional charges apply only to services not already included with your selected appointment or signing package. Witnesses and expedited appointments are subject to availability.

Document Translation
Available turnaround depends on the document length and language. Translation and notarization are separate services. A completed-document scan is included with your service.

Document Courier Services
A completed-document scan is included with your service when applicable. Courier availability depends on location, timing, and document requirements.

Printing & Scanning
Completed-document scans are included with your service when applicable. Printing is charged separately when requested.
