From everyday documents to life's most important moments, we're here to help when and where you need us.

What Is a Mobile Notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to a location convenient for the signer rather than requiring the signer to visit a traditional office.
The notary verifies the signer’s identity, confirms their willingness and awareness, witnesses the signing when required, and completes the appropriate notarial certificate. The notarization itself follows the same legal requirements as an in-office appointment—the difference is that the service is brought directly to you.
Nest Notary provides professional mobile notary services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including appointments at homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, and other agreed-upon locations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What areas do we serve?
Nest Notary provides mobile notary services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Travel availability and fees depend on the appointment location.
What identification do I need?
Signers generally need a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state identification card, passport, or other acceptable identification permitted under Texas law.
Should I sign my document before the appointment?
Please do not sign the document beforehand when the signature must be witnessed by the notary. You may complete other blank spaces, but the document should not contain blanks that could affect the notarization.
Can you explain or prepare my documents?
A notary may explain the notarization process but cannot provide legal advice, select a notarial certificate, or advise you about how to complete a legal document unless separately authorized to do so.
Can you notarize documents at hospitals and care facilities?
Yes. Hospital, nursing-home, rehabilitation, and assisted-living appointments are available. The signer must be alert, willing to sign, able to communicate directly with the notary, and have acceptable identification.
Can you provide witnesses?
Witness coordination may be available when requested in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of witnesses and appointment location.
Can you print documents for my appointment?
Yes. Printing, document delivery, and scan-back services may be arranged before the appointment. Let us know the number of pages and whether color or double-sided printing is required.
Can several documents be notarized during one appointment?
Yes. Please provide the approximate number of documents and required notarizations when scheduling so sufficient time can be reserved and accurate pricing can be provided.
Do all signers need to be present?
Every person whose signature must be notarized generally needs to appear before the notary. If the signers cannot meet together, separate appointments may be arranged.
Are same-day appointments available?
Same-day and expedited appointments may be available based on location and scheduling. Contact Nest Notary as early as possible for urgent requests.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Evening, weekend, and after-hours appointments may be available by request. Additional service fees may apply.
After-hours mobile appointments are currently limited to eligible locations within the DFW Metroplex.
How much does mobile notary service cost?
Pricing is based on the notarization requested, travel distance, appointment time, number of signers, and any additional services such as printing, witnesses, or scan-backs. An estimated total will be provided before the appointment is confirmed.
