Document Preparation
Document Printing
Have your prepared documents professionally printed before your appointment. Black-and-white and color printing are available in letter-size and legal-size formats, with single-sided, double-sided, and multiple-copy options.
Completed Document Scanning
Add scanning after your appointment to receive clear digital copies of your completed documents. Files may be returned to you or sent to another authorized recipient.

Signing Support
Additional Documents and Signers
Appointments can be arranged for multiple documents, notarizations, and signers, allowing related signing needs to be completed during one coordinated visit.
Witness Coordination
When a document requires witnesses, assistance may be available with advance notice. Clients should confirm all witness qualifications with the document preparer, receiving party, or attorney before the appointment.

Flexible Scheduling
Same-Day Appointments
When timing matters, same-day priority and urgent appointments may be available during regular scheduling hours.

Early-Morning and After-Hours Appointments
Appointments outside standard availability may be arranged by request. After-hours service applies to appointments beginning at 9:00 PM or later. Early-morning requests are reviewed individually based on the time, service, location, and notice provided.
After-hours mobile appointments are currently limited to eligible locations within the DFW Metroplex.

Document Completion and Return
Document Packaging
Completed documents may be organized, securely packaged, labeled, and prepared for return according to the instructions provided.
Local Document Delivery
Arrange delivery of completed documents to a law firm, title company, business, healthcare facility, residence, or another authorized recipient throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Wait-and-return service, recipient confirmation, and multiple-stop delivery may also be available when requested in advance.

Certified Copy Assistance
When an apostille or authentication order requires a certified copy, Nest Notary may assist with obtaining eligible records from the appropriate issuing authority.
Availability depends on the document type, issuing office, destination country, and requested processing timeline.
