Apostille & Authentication Services
Professional apostille processing for eligible documents being used in another country.
Service Description
An apostille is a certificate that verifies a document for use in another country. It confirms that a signature, seal, or stamp on the document is genuine, so the document can be recognized abroad without further legalization. Apostilles apply to eligible documents going to countries that participate in the Hague Apostille Convention. Our team is here to manage the apostille process on your behalf, from the first review to the moment your completed documents are back in your hands. This includes reviewing your documents, confirming which government office has authority over them, preparing your submission, coordinating with that office, tracking your order, and returning your completed documents once the apostille has been issued. Nest Notary is not the government agency that issues the apostille. Our firm coordinates and manages the process with the appropriate authority, so you have a knowledgeable team handling the details on your behalf. Not every destination country participates in the Hague Apostille Convention, and that is alright. If your document is headed to a non-Hague country, our team also offers a separate Document Authentication & Legalization Service built specifically for that process, so we can still help you get your document ready no matter where it is going. Every request is reviewed with care before it is accepted. Once we confirm your documents appear eligible, we will provide a clear written quote and instructions for delivering the required documents. Quoted processing time begins only after Nest Notary receives the complete original or certified documents required for processing and confirms that the order is ready to proceed. Shipping or delivery time to Nest Notary is not included.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all Apostille Service requests submitted to Nest Notary. What This Service Covers This service covers apostilles for eligible documents going to Hague Apostille Convention countries. It does not include non-Hague authentication, embassy or consular legalization, or general document verification. Non-Hague destinations require our separate Document Authentication & Legalization Service. Review and Approval Every request is reviewed before it is accepted. Our team confirms eligibility, the correct processing authority, and an accurate quote before processing begins. Submitting a request does not guarantee eligibility or a specific speed. Processing Timing: All quoted turnaround times begin once Nest Notary has received the complete original or certified documents required for processing and the order is approved, paid, and ready for submission. Website uploads are used for preliminary review only and do not start the processing period. Shipping or delivery time to Nest Notary is not included. Same-Business-Day requests must be physically received, reviewed, approved, paid, and ready for submission before 11:00 AM Central Time. What May Affect Availability or Timing Expedited processing depends on document eligibility and readiness, receipt of the required original or certified document, government office hours, courier availability, weather or transportation conditions, and final approval by Nest Notary. Pricing Listed prices apply to the selected option and include the first eligible document. Each additional document is billed at $175. Government filing fees and other third-party costs are not included unless stated in your written quote. Document Handling Uploads are for preliminary review only. Originals or certified copies may still be required. Please do not send originals until instructed. Clients may redact Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical information, and other sensitive details from any upload. Limitations: Nest Notary coordinates and manages the apostille process and does not issue apostilles, which is performed by the relevant government authority. Nest Notary does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee acceptance by any receiving organization. Clients are responsible for confirming that organization's requirements.
