Nest Notary provides professional notarization for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, living wills, and related estate planning documents. Whether you're meeting at home, in your attorney's office, or another preferred location, every appointment is thoughtfully coordinated to ensure a smooth, organized experience.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile Notary appointments are subject to availability, service-area eligibility, and Nest Notary’s approval. Requests are not confirmed until approved and payment is received. Appointment Pricing: Standard pricing applies to future appointments during regular hours. Same-Day Priority applies with more than three hours’ notice; Same-Day Urgent applies with three hours’ notice or less. After-Hours pricing applies to appointments beginning at or after 9:00 PM and is currently available only at eligible DFW-area addresses. Each appointment includes travel within 15 miles of Downtown Dallas, up to 45 minutes, and one notarial act. Additional notarizations, travel, printing, scanning, witnesses, delivery, parking, tolls, facility fees, or extra time may incur additional charges. Addresses more than 45 miles from Downtown Dallas require a custom quote. All signers must personally appear, provide acceptable identification, be willing and able to sign, and provide complete documents. Nest Notary does not provide legal advice or determine document requirements and may decline requests that cannot lawfully or ethically be completed. Payment reserves an approved appointment but does not guarantee completion. Charges may still apply for services already provided or arranged if notarization cannot be completed due to identification issues, signer absence or incapacity, incomplete documents, refusal to sign, or circumstances beyond Nest Notary’s control. Cancellations before courier dispatch may be rescheduled or refunded under Nest Notary’s policy. After dispatch, service and travel charges are nonrefundable.
