Cancellation Policy

The $75 base rate includes one document pickup and one delivery within 15 total route miles. Mileage is calculated from the pickup location to the delivery destination. Additional mileage, stops, wait time, parking, tolls and special handling may result in an additional charge. Documents must be complete, securely packaged and ready at the scheduled pickup time. The client must provide accurate addresses, recipient details, delivery instructions, deadlines and any materials or payments required by the receiving location. The first 10 minutes of waiting at each location are included. Additional wait time may be charged in 15-minute increments. If the courier cannot collect or deliver the documents because the client, recipient or location is unavailable, an additional delivery attempt must be scheduled and paid separately. Same-day, urgent, after-hours and weekend requests are subject to availability. Estimated delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, office closures, security procedures and other conditions outside Nest Notary’s control. Nest Notary is not responsible for the content, legal sufficiency or acceptance of any document. Courier service does not include legal advice, document preparation or service of process. Cancellations made before the courier has been dispatched may be rescheduled or refunded according to Nest Notary’s cancellation policy. Once the courier has been dispatched, the service and related travel charges are nonrefundable.
